About the Journal

The Business and Organization Studies e-Journal (online ISSN 3028-1938) is an open access journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research in the fields of business and organizational studies. Our journal serves as a platform for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to disseminate innovative research and insights that shape the future of business and organizational dynamics.

Open Access Policy

The Business and Organization Studies e-Journal is fully open access, ensuring that all articles are freely available to readers worldwide without subscription barriers. This policy supports greater global exchange of knowledge and maximizes the visibility and impact of our authors' work.

Publication Frequency

The journal publishes issues every quarter, or four times a year. For now, the journal does not collect any fee for article access, submission, and review.

Archival System

The Business and Organization Studies e-Journal is included in the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS  archival systems. These systems ensure that our content is securely preserved and accessible for the long term.
