Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 10-point font, particularly Segoe UI or Arial; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
Articles

All articles and content published in the Business and Organization Studies e-Journal are protected by copyright, held by the respective authors. Upon acceptance of an article for publication, the authors grant the Business and Organization Studies e-Journal a license to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher.
Licensing and Open Access
The Business and Organization Studies e-Journal publishes all articles under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY). This license permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original author and source are credited.
Author Rights
Authors retain the following rights:
- The right to use the substance of the article in their future works, including lectures, books, and classroom teaching.
- The right to reproduce the article for their own purposes, provided the original publication in the Business and Organization Studies e-Journal is acknowledged.
- The right to self-archive the preprint and accepted version of the article in institutional repositories or on personal websites.
Permissions
For uses beyond the scope of the Creative Commons license, permission must be obtained from the Business and Organization Studies e-Journal. Requests for permissions should be directed to rdpo@jmc.edu.ph
