The University of Mindanao College of Hospitality Education publishes La Ricerca, an annual refereed journal, through the UM Institute of Economy and Enterprise Studies (UM-IEES). This scientific compendium (ISSN 2467-656X | e-ISSN 3028-0664) provides a platform for staff, researchers, faculty, and students to publish their work and contribute to the generation and dissemination of knowledge.

Its mission to be the voice of diverse researchers and and scholars not only in the University of Mindanao but also other schools in the country and the world in addressing and suggesting solutions to global problem based on sound research.
