The University of Mindanao College of Hospitality Education publishes La Ricerca, an annual refereed journal, through the UM Institute of Economy and Enterprise Studies (UM-IEES). This scientific compendium (ISSN 2467-656X | e-ISSN 3028-0664) provides a platform for staff, researchers, faculty, and students to publish their work and contribute to the generation and dissemination of knowledge.

Its mission is to be the voice of diverse researchers and scholars, not only at the University of Mindanao but also in other schools in the country and around the world, in addressing and suggesting solutions to global problems based on sound research.
