Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

We invite scholars to contribute their latest research findings and insights across various disciplines. To ensure a smooth submission and publication process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Manuscript Preparation

  • Originality: Submissions must be original work, not previously published, and not under consideration by any other publication.
  • Language: Manuscripts must be written in English, with clear and concise language suitable for an international audience.
  • Length: Articles should typically range from 4,000 to 8,000 words, including references, tables, and figures.
  • Format: Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word format, using 12-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced.
  • Structure: Submissions should include a title page, abstract (not exceeding 250 words), keywords (3-5), introduction, methodology, results, discussion, conclusions, and references.

2. Style and References

  • Style: Follow the latest edition of the APA (American Psychological Association) style guide for in-text citations and reference list.
  • References: Ensure all references are complete and accurately cited. References should be relevant and up-to-date to support your manuscript's arguments and findings.

3. Figures and Tables

  • Presentation: All figures and tables must be clearly labeled and presented within the text at appropriate points, not at the end of the document.
  • Quality: Ensure figures are of high resolution and tables are legible. Provide concise and descriptive titles and captions.

4. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts should be submitted electronically via Tinubdan's online submission system. If you encounter any issues, please contact the editorial office for assistance.
  • Include a cover letter stating the manuscript's significance, originality, and your confirmation that it is not under consideration elsewhere.

5. Peer Review and Publication

  • Peer Review: All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process. Authors will receive feedback to improve their manuscripts and are expected to address reviewers' comments.
  • Publication: Upon acceptance, authors will be asked to provide a final version of their manuscript. Authors will also receive proofs for final approval before publication.

6. Ethics and Consent

  • Manuscripts involving human participants or sensitive data must include a statement of ethics approval or consent obtained.

7. Copyright and Access

  • Upon acceptance, authors agree to Tinubdan's open-access policy, allowing unrestricted access to the article upon publication.
