Work environment and job satisfaction among public school teachers in Davao del Norte

The study's main objective was to determine the relationship between work environment and job satisfaction among public school teachers in Davao del Norte. This research used a quantitative non-experimental research design utilizing a correlational technique comprising 304 public school teachers as respondents selected through random sampling. The statistical tools used for the data treatment in this study were mean and Pearson r. The result showed that the work environment level among public school teachers in Davao del Norte is very high; also, job satisfaction among public school teachers in Davao del Norte was very high. The study also found out that there is no significant relationship between work environment and job satisfaction.
